Born and raised in Italy, I began my professional career teaching mathematics at Universidad Complutense de Madrid from 2003-2007, where I obtained my PhD in Pure Mathematics.

I then joined ARQUIMEA, an aerospace spin-off of Universidad Carlos III, where I served as Senior Program Manager and Business Developer leading technology transfer projects in various industries (space, robotics, security and defense, health, etc.) as the main project manager and the person responsible for securing and managing funds. This experience in cutting-edge technologies and launching new products and businesses laid the foundations for my new career as an innovation creator, a vocation I have nurtured in the last nine years as a General Partner at Miami-based venture builder Rokk3r.

At Rokk3r, I have led over 100 innovation projects in the US and Latin America, which contributed to the portfolio of over 50 startups co-founded by Rokk3r. The knowledge I gained from overseeing the process of creating businesses firsthand, from identifying new business opportunities to launching them, inspired me to create 10xU - Rokk3r's educational platform for startup founders and corporate executives, which counts over 25,000 students globally.

My experience in startup acceleration has been focused on emerging technology, especially blockchain, highlighting my collaborations with the Algorand Foundation and the Moonbeam Foundation, as well as my role as a Partner at Rayo Capital.

As an advisor to several early-stage startups, a mentor at Techstars, the Founder Institute, and Web3 Spaces, and a member of the Stanford AI & Web3 Research Lab, I am deeply committed to the democratization of information and technologies, dedicated to eliminating educational barriers and empowering millions to generate global impact.

“Experience fuels growth — and I'm dedicated to sharing mine with you.”
